IndiFix is a monthly subscription based service that delivers an assortment of authentic Indian snacks and treats straight to your doorstep, anywhere in the US.
Each month, subscribers receive a box of hand-selected delicious Indian snacks such as chips, chocolate, candy, cookies, sodas & more!

IndiFix is based in the New York metropolitan area in the United States.
At this time, we offer two monthly snack box subscriptions, our Original Fix and Super Fix box.
The Original Fix box contains an assortment of 12+ authentic Indian snacks and treats. The snacks in our Original Fix box vary each month so you can be sure to receive a unique set of snacks each order!
The Super Fix box contains an assortment of 20+ authentic Indian snacks and treats, including exclusive drinks. The snacks in our Super Fix box vary every month.
At this moment we do not have the option of purchasing past boxes, but we are working on adding a marketplace where you will be able to do so very soon! Stay tuned by signing up for updates here.
The snacks in your IndiFix box are ovo-lacto-vegetarian, meaning they include egg & dairy ingredients. The snacks may turn out to be vegan, gluten-free or halal at random but we do not offer exclusively vegan/gluten-free/halal snacks at this time.
Unfortunately, for now, we do not offer additional nutritional/allergy information than what is listed on the ingredients list on the packaging of each snack. In case you are highly allergic to milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat or soy, we do not recommend ordering our box as most products have been manufactured in facilities where nuts and other allergens are handled.
IndiFix is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by consuming any of the items included in our box. Please consume at your own risk.

The main difference between our Original Fix & Super Fix box is the amount of snacks you receive each month. Our Super Fix box contains 20+ exclusive full sized snacks, whereas our Original Fix contains 12+ unique snacks each month.
Absolutely! We offer options to gift both our Original Fix & Super Fix box. Gift orders are commitment-free one-time payments so you will not be re-billed for them.
Our subscription box and gift box ordered in the same month will contain the same snacks and be shipped at the same time. The only difference is in how they are billed.
Our month-to-month subscription boxes are billed automatically on the 15th of each month. Our 3-month, 6-month or annual plan will be billed automatically after the plan expires.
Our gift boxes are one-time payments and are absolutely commitment free!
At Checkout you will have the option of adding an eGift message that will be emailed to the gift recipient.
However, if you would like us to add a handwritten gift note to your order, please email us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order with the gift message and your order number and we will make it happen!
The dimensions of our Original Fix box are 10”x8”x4” and our Super Fix box dimensions are 12”x9”x4”.
Yes, you can subscribe to a month-to-month plan and cancel your plan anytime before the billing recurs on the 15th of the next month.
Oh no, we certainly don’t want that! As soon as you’ve determined your box is damaged, make sure to snap clear pictures showing the damage and shoot us an email with them at email@example.com.
Your box ships absolutely FREE anywhere in the US.
We ship our boxes between the 1st and the 4th of each month.
All our boxes are shipped by USPS.
Usually boxes arrive within 1-3 business days to most US locations, however, please allow up to 5 business days from the date of shipping for your box to arrive before reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The order cut-off date is the last date of each month for the following month’s box. For example, if you placed your order before October 31st, your box will be shipped out between the 1st and 4th of November.
Since we ship between the 1st and 4th of each month, you can expect to receive your box no later than the 10th of each month.
Yes! Once your box ships between the 1st & the 4th of the month, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Alternatively, you can check it under your Account. Please note that tracking may take 24hrs to update.
If you’d like to ship boxes to a different address, please place a new order for each box going to a different address.
Your box ships to the address listed under Shipping Address on your IndiFix Account. If you forgot to change your address before the billing renews, don’t worry! You can change your address until the end of the month after you place your order. In case you still need help changing your shipping address, please contact us at email@example.com and we will take care of it for you.
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24hrs for it to update. After 24hrs you will be able to track the current location of your box.

If you have just joined IndiFix, you will be billed immediately and your first box will be next month’s box.
The recurring billing date is the 15th of each month for 3,6,12 Month Prepay subscriptions and Month-to-Month subscriptions.
In order to change your payment information, please log in to your IndiFix account and update your information under Payment Info.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept ACH Credit Transfers.
In case your payment declines on the day of renewal, our system will continue to attempt collecting the payment for the next few days.
Since the snacks we handpick are perishable with short shelf lives, all items purchased on IndiFix are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returned orders/items for a refund.
Once you have been billed for a new subscription or renewal, we are not able to offer a refund, return or exchange.
To change the shipping address for your subscription, log on to IndiFix with your login information, select Account followed by Shipping Address. Here you will have the option of adding a new address or changing a pre-existing one.
If your current size/subscription plan isn’t working out for you, don’t worry! You can always cancel the current plan absolutely free of charge before billing renews on the 15th and sign up for a new one that works best for your needs.

To deactivate your account, simply log in to your IndiFix account and under Account Details, go to Your Subscription, where you can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can cancel your subscription completely hassle free without any cancellation fees! Just make sure to deactivate your subscription at least a day prior to the renewal date (15th of each month). If you cancel after the 15th of the month, then the next month’s box will be your last box and your subscription will not renew in the future.
Deactivation only prevents future renewals and does not affect your existing orders.
